Those of us in the Mind, Body, and Spirit space are often dismissed as being a bit “woo-woo”. There is a great deal more to the Mind, Body, and Spirit connection than meditation, universal love and ‘kum ba yah.’
Because we are called to look inward we develop a sense of right and wrong which is divergent from the ‘normal’ presented by external sources traditionally relied upon. Anne details some areas of life in which it has now become clear are no longer worthy of blind faith.
