Perhaps an overused word, certainly in the English language, it is no surprise that love is considered a somewhat abstract concept or has a singular, restricted meaning. Anne widens the definition of love from our modern, simplistic context to a wider, more nuanced understanding.

- Self-love is important as we cannot function effectively without it, and it is often hampered by false beliefs about ourselves.
